As per Microsoft announced policy, Azure is priced in US dollars (USD) worldwide, including:
The monthly billing for Azure usage is calculated in EUR, utilizing the exchange rate specified by Microsoft for the given month. This also applies to the current month’s Daily Usage as displayed in the Azure Plan Insights.
When placing an order, the EUR amount displayed on the ordering wizard will reflect the same one you will be billed, based on the monthly exchange rate determined by Microsoft.
In the case of Azure Reservations billed every month, the amount billed on every subsequent invoice will be converted to EUR, based on the monthly exchange rate determined by Microsoft during that specific month. Consequently, the billed EUR amount may slightly deviate from the value displayed on the marketplace’s ordering wizard at the time of placing the order (provisioning)
Microsoft uses the London closing spot rates that are captured in the two business days prior to the last business day of the previous month end. If the two business days prior to the end of the month fall on a bank holiday in major markets, the rate setting day is generally the day immediately preceding the two business days. This rate applies to all transactions during the upcoming month.
The monthly exchange rate utilized for the given month will be displayed on your monthly Logicom invoice.
